Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Sourcing Manager to lead and drive lead generation and channel partner (CP) engagement for our commercial real estate projects . This role requires an experienced sales professional who can build a strong sourcing ecosystem, create partnerships, and ensure consistent inflow of high-quality leads that convert into successful closures. Sourcing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to generate qualified leads for commercial projects. Identify and onboard new channel partners (CPs), brokers, IPCs, and other lead generation sources. Monitor sourcing performance across all channels and take corrective actions where necessary. 2. Channel Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and drive their performance. Conduct regular CP meets, training sessions, and incentive programs to ensure motivation and alignment. Track partner-generated leads and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions in collaboration with the closing team. 3. Market Intelligence & Networking Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Develop a strong network with key influencers, consultants, and commercial brokers. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and expos to enhance the company’s visibility. 4. Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align sourcing efforts with ongoing campaigns. Provide regular MIS reports, lead funnel data, CP performance metrics, and sourcing analytics to the senior management. Ensure CRM usage and discipline among sourcing teams and partners. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4+ years in commercial project sourcing. Strong network of channel partners, IPCs, and industry contacts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
