With a strong focus on design, functionality, and timely execution, we are expanding our team of professionals committed to excellence. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and coordination, particularly in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role also includes involvement in interior design and coordination, working closely with the internal team and the Director to ensure the company's design vision is consistently delivered. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural and interior design layouts. • Prepare working drawings and construction documentation. • Participate in space planning, site layout planning, and detailed interior planning. • Coordinate with external consultants (Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape) for comprehensive design solutions. • Work closely with the Director for design inputs, approvals, and strategic coordination. • Manage interior design development and coordination with vendors and contractors. • Conduct site visits to oversee construction and interior execution, ensuring alignment with design intent. • Assist in client meetings, prepare design presentations, and maintain project documentation. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). • 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, interior design, and project coordination. • Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office. • Understanding of local building codes, materials, construction processes, and interior detailing. • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. ________________________________________ What We Offer: • Opportunity to work on landmark real estate projects. • Direct involvement in architectural and interior planning with top management. • Collaborative work culture and opportunities for career growth. • Competitive salary and benefits package.
