Senior Sales Lead – Home Interior Packages (Kochi)

About Us
We are an end‑to‑end home interior design and execution company with our own manufacturing setup, delivering mid‑premium complete home interiors. With transparent BOQs, factory‑finish quality, and on‑time execution, we serve new homes and renovations with typical project values of ₹10–25L.
Role Overview
You will own the Kochi revenue charter: convert high‑intent leads, build channel partnerships, and coach a small sales pod to deliver predictable monthly closures. This is a hands‑on, consultative sales role that blends showroom meetings, site visits, and virtual demos with strong pipeline hygiene and CXO‑level reporting.
