Job Title Senior Sales Lead – Home Interior Packages (Kochi) Location Kochi, Kerala (On‑site; field visits across city and nearby micro‑markets) About Us We are an end‑to‑end home interior design and execution company with our own manufacturing setup, delivering mid‑premium complete home interiors. With transparent BOQs, factory‑finish quality, and on‑time execution, we serve new homes and renovations with typical project values of ₹10–25L. Role Overview You will own the Kochi revenue charter: convert high‑intent leads, build channel partnerships, and coach a small sales pod to deliver predictable monthly closures. This is a hands‑on, consultative sales role that blends showroom meetings, site visits, and virtual demos with strong pipeline hygiene and CXO‑level reporting. Key Responsibilities Revenue ownership Deliver monthly and quarterly booking targets for complete home interior packages (₹10–25L+). Maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage and accurate forecasting on CRM. Lead management and consultative selling Qualify and prioritse inbound leads (Meta/Google, referrals, portals) and generate outbound via builder/referral networks. Run discovery: lifestyle, space needs, budget, timelines; educate on scope, materials, warranties. Present solutions: 3D previews, mood boards, BOQs; handle objections on price, scope, and timelines. Conduct site visits, measurements coordination with design/PM teams; drive swift proposal iterations to closure. Partnerships and demand generation Build relationships with top builders, channel partners, and brokers; run micro‑events in new handover communities. Activate referral programs with satisfied customers; leverage WhatsApp communities and local associations. Team leadership and collaboration Lead 2–5 sales consultants (as headcount grows): ride‑alongs, call reviews, deal strategy. Collaborate with design, project management, and factory teams to align pricing, feasibility, and delivery timelines. Uphold a premium customer experience from first contact to booking. Process and performance Enforce CRM hygiene (stages, notes, next steps), SLA‑based follow‑ups, and win/loss analysis. Track competitive pricing/material trends in Kochi; feed insights into packages and marketing creatives. Create weekly reports: pipeline, velocity, ASP, conversion by source, and forecast risks. Must‑Have Qualifications 4–5 years of B2C consultative sales experience in home interiors/modular furniture/real estate/home improvement or allied premium consumer durables. Proven track record of closing ₹10L+ ticket‑size projects and meeting quarterly targets. Strong understanding of complete‑home interior scope: kitchens, wardrobes, storage, false ceiling, electrical, painting, and turnkey execution. Excellent communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus. Proficiency with CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), WhatsApp/virtual demos, and basic Excel/Sheets. Valid two/four‑wheeler for client and site visits; willingness to work some evenings/weekends. Nice‑to‑Have Existing network with Kochi builders, brokers, facility managers, and gated communities (e.g., Kakkanad, Vyttila, Edappally, Aluva, Tripunithura). Exposure to factory‑made modules, hardware brands, and material specs (MR/GMR/BWR boards, soft‑close hardware, finishes).
