About the Role

dynamic, result-driven, and experienced Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals; provide coaching and strategic direction to drive performance.
  • Business Development:

    Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with developers, EPCs, and C&I clients.
  • Client Engagement:

    Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Target Achievement:

    Define, set, and track sales goals; ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Deal Negotiation & Compliance:

    Lead client negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Brand Representation:

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build strategic alliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

  • Graduate:

    B.Tech (Energy, Power Management, Electricals, Mechanical)

  • Postgraduate:

    MBA (Marketing, Sales, Power Management)

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    8 years of relevant sales experience

    in Power, Renewable Energy, Electricals, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Sales Skills:

    Strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, contract negotiation, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Software Skills:

    Proficiency in

    Salesforce, Sales Navigator, SAP, Power BI

    or similar platforms.
  • Other Attributes:

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
