Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, managing client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, presenting tailored corporate gifting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain and grow our client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Relevant experience in corporate gifting or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
