As a Senior Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include: - **Client Engagement**: Actively contacting potential clients through various channels like email, phone, etc., to establish connections, comprehend their requirements, and finalize sales agreements. - **Lead Conversion**: Engaging with leads and customers via chat, addressing queries, and effectively presenting product details to boost conversions and achieve sales targets. - **CRM Management**: Maintaining and updating the CRM system efficiently to monitor leads, sales activities, and follow-ups, ensuring a well-organized pipeline for ongoing business opportunities. - **Market Research**: Carrying out market research to pinpoint new potential clients and business prospects, grasping industry trends and customer demands to expand the client base. - **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating closely with the Operations Team to guarantee seamless and timely service delivery, meeting client expectations effectively. - **Customer Support**: Providing exceptional customer support to leads and clients through chat and calls, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure client contentment. - **Lead Generation**: Actively generating new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales strategies to broaden the client base. - **Outbound Sales**: Initiating outbound sales efforts, concentrating on identifying potential clients and successfully converting leads into enduring business partnerships.
