Work Type: Remote Job Location: Gurgaon Shift Timing : General Job Title: AI Product Manager Mandate Skill s:AI or Gen AI product experien ceExperience writing user stories using AIExpertise in prompt engineeri ng Key Responsibiliti es: Product Vision & Road map:Define and maintain the product roadmap for AI bots and assistant featu res.Align the roadmap with company goals and user ne eds.Stakeholder Collaborat ion:Gather and translate requirements from internal and external stakeholders into user stor ies.Ensure alignment across cross-functional te ams.Prompt Engineering Leaders hip:Collaborate with AI/NLP engineers to design and iterate on prom pts.Optimize agent behavior and LLM performance through effective prompt engineer ing.Solution Developm ent:Work with technical teams to integrate AI capabilities with backend systems, REST APIs, and databa ses.Metrics & Feedback Lo ops:Define success metrics for bot performa nce.Monitor KPIs, gather user feedback, and iterate based on outco mes.Agile Deliv ery:Manage feature development through Agile/Scrum workfl ows.Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team activit ies.AI Strategy Contribut ion:Stay updated with developments in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic tool ing.Contribute to the product’s AI-forward strat egy.Requireme nts:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related fi eld.Minimum 2 years of experience in product management (AI, software, or tech product domai ns).Proven experience in prompt engineering and optimizing prompts for L LMs.Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly NLP.Comfortable working with technical teams on system integration, APIs, and backend workfl ows.Strong stakeholder management and communication ski lls.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tracking platfo rms.Experience working in Agile/Scrum te ams.Nice to H ave:Hands-on experience with AI bot platforms, agentic AI tools, or LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoG en).Understanding of cloud AI services (AWS, Azu re).Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, or backend system des ign.Technical background in Python or experience working closely with dev te ams.
