Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current process; identify gaps & plan areas for improvement, Drive Change Management & Continuous Improvement.
  • Implement 5S, Lean, Six Sigma Methodologies, Kaizen, RPS, SPS, Low Cost Automation & Digitalization, standardization, IE tools to enhance productivity/overall efficiency, cost savings SQDCIP for MTO/ETO business.
  • Facilitate workshops & training sessions for staff & operators.
  • Monitor performance metrics & provide regular reports on progress
  • Analyze data, Develop & implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency
  • Drive CFT culture, collaborate to align operations with business goals
  • Drive deployment of HMX (Honeywell Mfg. Excellence) framework across business process & mfg. process operation
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and cost savings (spares, manpower, etc.).
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing O&M processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Design templates and data sheets to capture operational data effectively.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through awareness and training programs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints with follow-up actions and sustainable solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related discipline preferred) – Industrial Engineer, Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineer

Experience

  • 10 - 15 years in Business Excellence, Operations, or Process Improvement
  • Proven track record in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
