Job Description

Product Manager Switchgear

Product Manager to lead switchgear product line, driving product strategy, development, and market growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in electrical systems with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategy for medium and low voltage switchgear portfolio
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
Lead new product development initiatives from conception to launch
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure product success
Create product roadmaps and maintain product lifecycle management
Develop pricing strategies and maintain profit margins
Provide technical support and training to sales teams and customers
Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements
Align with company strategies and develop programs to deliver on these requirements.
Coordinate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for Switchgear product line.

Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years experience in switchgear industry or related electrical equipment
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear technologies
Proven track record in product management
Experience with product lifecycle management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Project management experience

Additional / Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or MBA
Professional certifications (PE, PMP)
Experience with switchgear solutions
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
