Sr Manager Finance || B2B || Gurgaon || CA || CTC upto 25 Lakhs

Looking for a Sr Manager Finance (India HQ) for a UK home furnishing brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
• Create and manage monthly MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
• Track and report financial and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility across functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (sourcing, QA, logistics, warehousing, tech) to align financial processes with business goals.
• Manage statutory compliance in India (tax filings, audits, etc.) and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
• Assist in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.
• Work on process improvements in bookkeeping, MIS, compliance, and financial planning to ensure scalability.

Good to have

• Have 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
• Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
