Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the corporate client base.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, setting clear goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team skills and performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for new product development and market expansion.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end corporate sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales performance.
  • Ensure face time with Corporate for selling and conduct sales presentations.
  • Prospect for potential Corporate using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, LinkedIn etc.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge (Ambrane Products) in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects at Admin Heads/HR Heads/Marketing Heads/Trade Marketing Heads/IT Heads/Loyalty Program Heads etc.
  • Report on sales/lead generation activity on a daily basis. Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
  • Draft and deliver proposals. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Identify the POC for Gifting in different organizations in Delhi NCR Region.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate sales goals.
  • Participate in product planning and launch activities to align with corporate client demands.


Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, particularly in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
  • Experience in handling large accounts and high-value deals.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with mobile accessories and their market dynamics.
  • Understanding of corporate procurement processes and B2B sales strategies.

1. Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to increase sales, market share and profitability.

2. Lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

3. Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

6. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.

7. Negotiate contracts with potential customers.

8. Create sales and marketing plans and materials.

9. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

10. Create reports and present progress to senior management
