Key Responsibilities

Laravel Development & Architecture

• Develop, optimize, and maintain custom web applications using Laravel framework.
• Architect scalable solutions, implement clean code standards, and ensure high performance.
• Build efficient and reusable modules, dashboards, and backend systems.
• Ensure secure coding practices, role-based authentication, and data validation.

API Development & Integrations

• Create and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party systems (Shopify, ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics partners, etc.).
• Manage JSON/XML API communication, webhooks, and custom integrations for automation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize API response times and stability.

Database Design & Optimization

• Design database structures in MySQL and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Write complex queries, manage indexing, and handle database migrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

E-Commerce System Enhancements

• Build backend modules for inventory, order management, catalog automation, and reporting tools.
• Integrate systems to improve warehouse operations, product syncing, and order processing.
• Collaborate with Shopify team for feature extensions and custom functionalities.

Code Quality, Testing & Deployment

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Work with version control systems (Git) for code management.
• Deploy applications and updates on staging and production environments.
• Document system architecture, flows, and processes.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Shopify, Logistics, Inventory, and Sales.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of professional experience in

  Laravel & PHP development

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Laravel MVC architecture

  , Blade templates, Queues, and Laravel ecosystem.
• Proficiency in

  MySQL

  , database design, and optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating

  APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax

  , and REST API principles.
• Hands-on experience with

  Git/GitHub

  , server management, and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of

  queue systems, cron jobs, event handling

• Solid understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce systems, Shopify integrations, ERP automation, or SaaS platforms.
