Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter – Food & Beverage Industry

Location: Rajarhat

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / Head of HR

Job Summary

The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the restaurant group. This role involves sourcing and attracting top talent, managing employer branding, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring top-quality hires that align with the brand’s culture and business goals in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant-level and corporate positions, including chefs, managers, operations, and support staff.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and passionate candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create targeted hiring plans.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build relationships with hospitality schools, job portals, and industry networks to strengthen hiring channels.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement, retention, and performance evaluation programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of hiring for culinary, operations, and management roles.
  • Strong understanding of F&B industry dynamics and staffing challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives and benefits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
