Job Title: Sr. HR Recruiter Location: Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi – 110020 Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, including conducting interviews, managing salary negotiations, and maintaining candidate documentation. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR operations, employee engagement activities, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. • Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates in alignment with company budgets and market standards. • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of resumes and interview assessments. • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and training programs. Requirements: • Any Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/portals. • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
