We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and networking, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, and a keen eye for identifying talent that aligns with organizational needs. Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, along with a results-driven approach and commitment to maintaining a positive employer brand.
