Sr. HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to attract candidates through various online channels, social media, and networking events. You will source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Conducting interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews, will be a key part of your role to assess candidate qualifications. Collaborating closely with hiring managers is essential to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. You will also be involved in negotiating compensation and benefits packages with candidates, as well as assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities while staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
