About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our team. Whether you are starting your career in HR or bringing prior recruitment experience, this role offers the opportunity to work on diverse hiring requirements, learn end-to-end recruitment, and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and closure of positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and other networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• For experienced recruiters: handle bulk/niche hiring, manage client/stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior team members.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Negotiation skills and ability to build strong candidate relationships.
• For freshers: willingness to learn, positive attitude, and adaptability.
• For experienced recruiters: proven expertise in closing positions and handling end-to-end hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred).
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
• Experience range: Freshers to 5 years (recruitment consulting / corporate hiring).
