Tour Consultant

You will be working with a well-established and successful tourism organization that is dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences with International Trips. Whether it's a business trip, a family holiday, a spiritual temple tour, or an adventurous trekking journey, your mission will be to ensure that every travel experience is smooth, memorable, and enriching. As a Tour Consultant - International Trips, you will play a crucial role in finding and cultivating new business prospects in the travel and tourism industry. Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers, travel agencies, and tourism partners will be essential. You will be responsible for marketing travel packages, services, and deals both domestically and abroad. To excel in this role, you will need to conduct market research to stay informed about consumer trends and competitor products. Generating leads through cold calling, networking events, and online channels will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the marketing team on branding, promotions, and digital campaigns will also be required. Representing the business at customer meetings, travel expos, and tourist fairs will be an integral part of your role. Closing and negotiating business agreements with partners and clients will be crucial. Working closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless delivery experience and client satisfaction will also be a key responsibility. You will be expected to provide sales projections and reports to management regularly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales and negotiation skills, a passion for travel, and knowledge of destinations are some of the essential skills required for this role. A basic understanding of travel industry operations, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, self-motivation, and being target-oriented are also important qualities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism / Business / Marketing or a related field. Certification in travel and tourism would be preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus available. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
