As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Female), you will play a crucial role in leading the human resources department of our company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR policies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and plan the workforce effectively. - Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing their concerns and resolving workplace issues. - Create and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale. - Ensure inclusivity and diversity in the work environment. - Align company policies with labor laws and industry regulations. - Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. - Oversee employee contracts, benefits administration, and compliance documentation. - Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. - Identify training needs and organize employee development programs. - Collaborate with leadership to offer career growth opportunities to employees. - Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and incentives. - Handle leave management and attendance tracking. - Promote a safe, respectful, and ethical work environment. - Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - Address workplace grievances and disciplinary actions fairly. Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum [X] years of experience in HR management. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR). - Experience in industry-specific HR management, if applicable. - Multilingual skills (if required for the role).
