Job Description: Senior HR Executive

This role is currently open with one of Recruiting Genie’s partner organizations, a fast-growing business funding and financial advisory firm based in Noida.

Role Summary
We’re looking for an HR professional who can drive core HR operations with accuracy, ownership, and a strong compliance mindset. This role anchors recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and documentation governance—ensuring people processes run smoothly and reliably for a growth-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
· Source talent through portals, social media, and referral networks.
· Conduct initial screening and manage interview coordination with hiring teams.
· Issue offer letters and oversee end-to-end onboarding formalities.
· Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring status, TATs, and funnel metrics.
2. Payroll Management
· Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave inputs for payroll.
· Coordinate with finance/payroll partners for timely salary disbursement.
· Manage salary revisions, incentives, bonuses, and reimbursement workflows.
· Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
3. Statutory Compliance (PF & ESI)
· Ensure timely employee registration and compliance under PF & ESI frameworks.
· File monthly returns, maintain statutory records, and ensure documentation readiness.
· Liaise with EPFO/ESIC authorities for inspections, audits, or discrepancy resolutions.
· Support employees with PF withdrawals, transfer claims, and ESI-related concerns.
4. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain employee files, contracts, HR records, and statutory documentation.
· Prepare HR dashboards and operational reports for management review.
· Support internal and external audits while ensuring adherence to labor laws and HR compliance norms.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Management, or HRM.
· Minimum 2 years of in-house HR experience covering recruitment, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
· Strong communication, coordination, and data management capability.
· Practical understanding of PF, ESI, payroll processes, and HR operations best practices.
Work Model & Compensation (Partner Company)
Location: The Iconic Corenthum, Sector 62, Noida
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: upto ₹45,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male (as per partner requirement)
