Job Title: Sr. HR Executive

Workdays & timing: Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to manage our recruitment and HR activities, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and support talent retention.

· HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

· Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that support team morale, performance, and a positive work culture.

· Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and support regulatory reporting as required.

· Performance Management: Manage performance review cycles and provide support in employee development and training initiatives.

Qualifications

· Holds a degree in commerce/ business management.

· 2+ years exp. of in-house HR experience, with expertise in recruitment and HR operations.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
