Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PF, ESIC additions/deletions, recruitment handling, and administrative responsibilities. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PF & ESIC processes including employee addition, deletion, and compliance updates.
• Oversee and support end-to-end recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee documentation, HR records, and database management.
• Assist in payroll inputs related to attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with government authorities and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
• Manage general administrative tasks related to office and employee welfare.
• Provide support in HR policies implementation and grievance handling.
• Assist in employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Good communication in English.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong recruitment handling skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
