Hiring - Online Bidder Executive

Roles and responsibilities :-

1. *Bid Management:* Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelance platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Upwork, Truelancer) and other online marketplaces.

2. *Proposal Development:* Create high-quality proposals that showcase the company's expertise and services, increasing the chances of winning bids.

3. *Client Acquisition:* Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote services.

4. *Market Research:* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

5. *Service Promotion:* Promote the company's services, including mobile application development, web development, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services.

6. *Bid Strategy:* Develop and implement effective bid strategies to increase win rates and revenue growth.

7. *Client Communication:* Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

*Key Skills:*

1. *Proposal writing:* Ability to write compelling proposals that showcase the company's expertise and services.

2. *Market research:* Strong research skills to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

3. *Communication:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and promote services.

4. *Platform expertise:* Familiarity with freelance platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Upwork, Truelancer) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

5. *Service knowledge:* Understanding of IT services, including mobile application development, web development, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
