NewRise Technosys Private Limited Hiring - Sr. Python developer Roles and responsibilities :- Technical Leadership: Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of Python-based applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. Technical Guidance: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them improve their skills and knowledge. Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Python Development: Complex Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex features and functionalities in Python applications. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, memory usage, and scalability. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Technical Expertise: Python Ecosystem: Deep understanding of Python frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy). Data Science/ML: Experience with data science, machine learning, or AI (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Database Integration: Expertise in database design, development, and integration (e.g., relational, NoSQL). Collaboration and Communication: Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions. Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including product managers and executives. Best Practices and Standards: Coding Standards: Establish and maintain coding standards, ensuring consistency and quality across the codebase. Testing and Validation: Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring application stability and reliability. Skills: Python Expertise: 6+ years of experience with Python, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem. Technical Leadership: Experience in technical leadership, mentorship, and code review. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
