Hiring - Tender Document Executive

Roles and responsibilities :-

1. Assist in Tender Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and coordinating tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and organizational standards.

2. Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

3. SRD and BRD Support: Support the development and maintenance of SRDs and BRDs, ensuring that they accurately reflect client needs and organizational capabilities.

4. Document Review and Editing: Review and edit tender documents, SRDs, and BRDs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure that tender documents and requirements documents are accurate and complete.

Key Skills:

1. Basic understanding of SRD and BRD: Knowledge of SRD and BRD templates, structures, and best practices.

2. Document management: Familiarity with document management systems and tools.

3. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze and document business and system requirements.

4. Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.

5. Attention to detail: Ability to review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.

1. High-quality tender documents: Assist in preparing tender documents that accurately reflect client needs and organizational capabilities.

2. Improved efficiency: Streamline document preparation and management processes.
