Job Overview-
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven expertise in C2H hiring, staff augmentation hiring, and client-driven recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle hiring, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to deliver top-quality talent across diverse domains. This role is best suited for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong sourcing acumen, and can efficiently manage requirements from multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities-

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing candidates.

Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire), staff augmentation, and direct client hiring mandates efficiently.

Source candidates using various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, open searches, and Boolean search techniques.

Work closely with internal hiring managers and external clients to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality profiles.

Conduct thorough screening to evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Prepare recruitment reports, maintain documentation, and keep databases updated.

Support bulk hiring and niche talent acquisition requirements as needed.

Stay updated with market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Requirements-
-
4+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Hands-on experience in C2H hiring, staff augmentation hiring, and working with direct-client requirements.

Strong experience hiring for mid to senior-level roles across various technologies and business functions.

Excellent command over sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards.

Proficiency in Boolean search strings, open searches, and advanced sourcing strategies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within stipulated timelines.

Experience working in fast-paced agency or consulting environments is preferred.

Exposure to hiring for international markets (US, UK, AU preferred).

Experience working with VMS, MSPs, or enterprise-level clients.
