Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities: • Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, even those who are not selected.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates, considering factors such as compensation, benefits, and start dates.
• Prepare and extend formal job offers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other databases.
• Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Working within healthcare domain is an advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred
