Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Executive - R2R
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Executive for our Record to Report (R2R) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Your primary focus will be on month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and liaising with various departments to facilitate smooth financial operations. You will also assist in improving processes and workflows within the R2R function. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Skills and Tools Required:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Experience with automated financial processes and reporting tools is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in R2R or general accounting roles, typically 3-5 years.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
