The Senior Executive – Project Management is responsible for independently managing assigned workstreams within New Product Development (NPD) and Current Product Development (CPD) projects, including diesel engine development programs. The role involves full ownership of Project Management activities for specific deliverables, while also supporting broader project coordination. Lead execution of assigned tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement).Conduct CFT meetings for specific workstreams and ensure timely completion of action items.Ensure readiness for engine builds at defined maturity levels.Monitoring & Controlling
Track progress using dashboards and project trackers.Monitor risks and issues; maintain risk register and implement mitigation plans.Track CapEx and operating expenses for assigned areas; support financial reporting.Monitor BoM cost and support cost reduction initiatives.Closing
Document lessons learned and contribute to project closure reports.Archive records and ensure completion of assigned deliverables.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)3–5 years of experience in project execution roles.Exposure to NPD/CPD projects, production processes, and part development cycles is desirable.Skills & Competencies
