Position Summary
Shri Infra is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design, and management of complex civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, utilities, land development, transportation works, and civil building design. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee project teams, ensure technical excellence, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders from concept through completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Leadership

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from feasibility through construction.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Facilitate coordination between multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.

Technical Design & Analysis

• Design civil buildings and associated structural and site components.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or eligible.
