Job Description

  • Project Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and manage design, planning, and construction phases of highway projects.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Technical Design & Review:
  • Review and guide the production of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Provide technical solutions, analyze feasibility, and select cost-effective approaches.
  • Ensure designs meet local/national standards (AASHTO, MUTCD, etc.).
  • Construction Supervision:
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, resolve issues, and manage construction logistics.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, technicians, and project teams.
  • Communicate with clients, government agencies, and communities.
  • Planning & Safety:
  • Conduct feasibility studies, traffic analyses, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Implement traffic control, safety measures (signage, barriers), and sustainability solutions.
  • Prepare reports, bid packages, and technical documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in highway/roadway design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of relevant standards (AASHTO, DMRB, FHWA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
