Position Brief:(Duties & Responsibilities, Profile; expected from candidate) Should have experience of working on TENDER based execution
1- Coordination with client, consultants and various contractors working for project2- Reporting and documentation; DPR, WPR, MPR, Other site related documentation3- Quality control on site with help of Checklist and testing5- Supervision for getting works done as per drawings and tender and with complete Safetypractices.6- Execution and coordination as per BOQ & Tender documents with specification.7- Should have Knowledge of PEB structure execution & Billing.8- Project closure with proper documentation.
9. Project budget tracking.
10. Vendor negotiations & coordination with contractors for efficient project execution.
11. Schedule & progress report preparation.
