Position Project Manager Open Position Number 1 Job Location Currently near by Pune later may be shifted to other parts of India after completion of project Should have experience of working on TENDER based execution from contractors 1- Coordination with client, consultants and various contractors working for project 2- Reporting and documentation; DPR, WPR, MPR, Other site related documentation 3- Meeting coordination: Inviting meeting to concern persons with Agenda, circulation and review of Minutes of meeting 4- Quality control on site with help of Checklist and testing 5- Supervison for getting works done as per drawings and tender from candidate) 6- Execution and coordiation as per Tender terms 7- Bill certification (Itemwise) 8- Should have Knowledge of MEP work execution & Billing 9- project closure with proper documentation Qualification BE Civil or DCE Preferred Experience (Yrs) BE Civil- 10 to 12 year OR DCE 12 to 15 years (Minimum 2-3 years on industrial project) Reporting to (Position) Project Coordinator Skills Required (Personal skills) Excellent English communication, Good presentation skills, Good Coordination skills, Multi tasking Software Knowledge Expert in MS Office, MSP (Planning software) Compensation Range 70,000/- to 80,000/- per month Other Information Experience of Industrial projects, Should have knowledge of MEP works also Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
