About the Role -We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and customer communication at ConstroTech . You’ll be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating with the field sales team, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities-

· Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers: Develop detailed proposals that combine technical specifications with commercial terms to meet client needs. ​

· Conduct Customer Follow-ups: Engage with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process. ​

· Perform Service and Consumable Sales Calls: Reach out to existing and potential clients to promote services and consumable products, aiming to expand sales opportunities. ​

· Retrieve and Update Customer Data: Access and maintain accurate records of existing customers to identify opportunities for repeat business and personalized service. ​

· Distinguish Between Project and Retail Calls: Identify and categorize sales opportunities appropriately, tailoring approaches for project-based clients and retail customers to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements-BBA+MBA/ BSC+Marketing Sales

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

Prior experience in B2C/B2B support is a plus
