A Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a company’s sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Let’s break it down!

Core responsibilities:

Order processing: Ensuring orders are correctly entered, tracked, and fulfilled on time.
Communication hub: Acting as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (like logistics and finance).
Lead management: Assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Sales reporting: Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Customer service: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Skills required:
