Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction site activities from execution to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project execution, site management, planning, and billing with a proven track record of delivering projects within time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor construction activities to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth execution.
• Manage workforce, subcontractors, and resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills, measurements, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records including site reports, progress reports, and billing data.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Support project manager in overall project execution and timely delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction execution, planning, and billing processes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of civil engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction industry/site execution.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, planning, and billing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
