Sr. Engineer (Civil)

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction site activities from execution to completion. Your expertise in project execution, site management, planning, and billing will be crucial in delivering projects within time, cost, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards. - Plan, schedule, and monitor construction activities to achieve project milestones. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth execution. - Manage workforce, subcontractors, and resources effectively to optimize productivity. - Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills, measurements, and documentation. - Maintain accurate project records including site reports, progress reports, and billing data. - Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. - Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. - Support project manager in overall project execution and timely delivery. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry/site execution. - Hands-on experience in site execution, planning, and billing. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. In this role, you are expected to have a strong knowledge of construction execution, planning, and billing processes. Your excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills will be essential in coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring project success. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is preferred, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and a deep understanding of civil engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations. Please note that this is a Full-time position with a preference for Day Shift availability and willingness to travel up to 25%. The work location is in person at Ahmedabad.,
