Sr. Engineer (Civil)

Civil Cost Analysis & BOQ Preparation

We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented candidate to support our ongoing infrastructure projects by performing cost analysis of civil items and preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs for various civil works including earthwork, masonry, concrete, piping, and structural components.
• Prepare itemized BOQs in alignment with project drawings, specifications, and applicable Indian Standards (IS codes).
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of cost estimates.
• Maintain documentation for rate analysis, vendor quotations, and cost benchmarking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).
• Strong understanding of IS codes, CPWD/DSR schedules, and tendering procedures.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work within tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,966.32 - ₹55,000.00 per month
