Civil Engineer – Estimation, Tendering & Billing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer with proven expertise in estimation, tendering, and billing processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cost planning, bid preparation, and financial documentation across multiple infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs from drawings and site inputs.
• Draft and review tender documents including BoQ, technical specifications, and compliance checklists.
• Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to align estimates with actual site conditions.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in techno-commercial comparisons.
• Generate and verify RA bills, final bills, and client invoices with supporting documentation.
• Maintain records of variations, change orders, and reconciliation statements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in estimation, tendering, and billing within infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
• Strong understanding of IS codes, CPWD/DSR norms, and contract clauses.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Location & Mobility

• Base location: Vadodara, Gujarat
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India for site inputs and billing coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
