Job Title: Senior Engineer – Farmhouse Projects

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineer to oversee the design coordination, construction, and execution of high-end farmhouse located in Kudje. The ideal candidate will have prior execution experience with architectural or interior design firms, demonstrating a strong understanding of design intent, technical drawings, site execution, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to understand design requirements and ensure accurate execution on site.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams for integrated design solutions.
• Site Supervision & Execution:
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or design issues promptly.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and labor teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality norms.
• Design & Technical Review:
• Interpret and review architectural and interior drawings for technical accuracy.
• Suggest practical solutions for design detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
• Material & Vendor Management:
• Assist in material selection, procurement, and approval as per design specifications.
• Evaluate vendor work, quotations, and ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and project handover documentation.
• Maintain records of site measurements, material usage, and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in project execution, with at least 3–5 years in high-end residential/farmhouse/interior projects.
• Proven experience working with architectural or interior design firms.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishes, and interior fit-out work.
• Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel, and related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹775,000.00 per year
