Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Diploma holder) to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day site/project activities, support senior engineers, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and contribute to the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, supervision, and execution of site/project activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and senior engineers for smooth workflow.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Support in material management, quantity surveying, and cost control.
• Conduct site inspections and report deviations or issues.
• Provide technical assistance to the project/site team.
• Learn and adapt to organizational processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of drawings, estimates, and project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
