Role Description

This full-time Senior Email Marketing Executive role is located on-site in Gurugram. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing email marketing campaigns, handling market planning and research, and driving sales and communication initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include crafting and sending email newsletters, analysing campaign performance, generating reports, and developing strategies to improve open and click-through rates.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Design, build, and optimise email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, transactional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalised communication.
  • Utilise Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Omnisend platforms to create dynamic campaigns, automations, and A/B tests.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling email content and visuals.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance email marketing efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues promptly.


Platform Proficiency:


  • Extensive experience with Klaviyo, including list building, segmentation, automation, analytics, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp for designing campaigns, managing lists, and analysing results.
  • Strong knowledge of Omnisend’s automation workflows, personalisation, and reporting features.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Omnisend.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
