Background:
C2FO (COLLABORATIVE CASH FLOW OPTIMIZATION) is the World’s largest Working Capital Solutions. C2FO is a leader across a number of industries, with a strong presence in the Retail, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Technology sectors. C2FO has been extremely successful in developing the Indian market, with an impressive list of the top companies (and their supply chains) already benefitting from the solution and is searching for a proven sales leader to help the company take its strategic expansion to the next level in India. The ideal candidate will bring the right experience, skills, and motivation to help build and grow a business within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. H/She will have proven sales leadership experience in a technology sales role, along with financial acumen, business curiosity, adaptiveness and a global mindset. The role reports to the Chief Sales Officer and the Country Head, India and will have regular interaction with other senior leaders of the company in India and across the Globe. Key Responsibilities:
C2FO aspires to have 20% of India’s GDP on its platform and the Head, Enterprise Sales, will play a critical role in achieving this. H/She will own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving C2FO’s sales goals and KPIs in India.
  • Drive Sales KPIs
  • Leverage the C2FO brand and personal network to build process and funnel for top-down outreach and onboarding of enterprise customers – our targets are the top corporates and MNC’s operating in country.
  • Execute partnership/channel strategy (with banks, consultants, other tech partners) which enables C2FO to expand its footprint quickly.
  • Develop close relationships with the Advisory Board to drive new business
  • Build a World Class Sales Team
  • Recruit and nurture a team of driven, results oriented Sales MDs having unimpeachable integrity.
  • Create and nurture a culture of collaboration and transparency in the Sales team and with external stakeholders at C2FO and beyond.
  • Provide mentoring on commercial structures and creating the right incentives for MDs to close deals at ever higher numbers.
  • Ensure that the sales teams are effective at positioning the unique value of the C2FO solution, ensuring that we capture the premium pricing in the market.
  • Collaborate with International teams on MNC and other clients.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to create offline and digital strategies that reach the relevant stakeholders. This includes publishing pieces that showcase thought leadership in the supply chain domain.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Implementation team to take customers live in quick time and transition relationships at the CXO level to Account Management in a time bound manner.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to flag new product requirements in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of relevant sales leadership experience.
  • Passionate about supply chain finance and C2FO’s mission to provide working capital to every business that needs it.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Post-graduate degree will be preferred.
