Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize Unchaai’s online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, social media marketing, and content strategy — with a passion for education and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads for Unchaai’s learning programs.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content aligned with brand goals.
  • Work with design and content teams to create engaging ads, videos, and posts.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Support influencer marketing, webinars, and community-building initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and EdTech innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the EdTech or startup ecosystem).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush), and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in video or influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut).
