JD – Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven “Senior Digital Marketing Executive” with at least 2-3 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, and managing both online and offline marketing campaigns. If you are passionate about driving growth, building brand presence, and generating quality leads, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.

· Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

· Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversions.

· Develop and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

· Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (seminars, workshops, print media, events, outdoor branding, etc.).

· Design and implement training institute-specific marketing campaigns to drive student admissions and awareness.

· Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CTR, etc.).

· Stay updated with the latest digital and offline marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

· Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams to ensure brand alignment.

· Handle end-to-end marketing activities independently.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of proven experience in digital and offline marketing.

· Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.

· Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot.

· Experience in planning offline campaigns (hoardings, pamphlets, local events, tie-ups).

· Understanding of training/education industry marketing is a plus.

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.

· Strong communication and project management skills.
