Job Description

A Sr. Digital Marketing Executive at Kushub Media Solutions will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven campaigns across SEO, social media, paid ads, and email to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness for our clients. The role combines strategy execution, content coordination, and performance analysis to support overall digital growth.​

Role overview

  • Work on multiple channels including SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising to build a strong online presence for client brands.​
  • Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.​

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for clients, focused on traffic, leads, and conversions across channels.​
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the ongoing presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including calendars, posting, and basic community management.​
  • Be actively involved in SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, basic technical checks, and coordination for content optimisation.​
  • Launch and optimise online ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, including basic campaign setup, keyword selection, and performance monitoring.​
  • Support email marketing campaigns: database management, campaign setup, basic copy coordination, and performance tracking.​
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, suggesting improvements based on data.​
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, content ideas, and new growth opportunities for client accounts.​
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to brief requirements and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.​

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or strong demonstrable digital marketing skills).​
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or internships/freelance work with clear portfolio of results.​
  • Good understanding of core digital concepts: SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, PPC, and basic email marketing.​
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and social media management tools; experience with Excel/Sheets for reporting is preferred.​
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data to improve campaigns.​
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.​

Preferred attributes

  • Certification or coursework in digital marketing, SEO, or Google Ads will be an added advantage.​
  • Prior experience working in an agency environment or handling multiple client projects simultaneously is highly desirable.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
