Role Overview

We are looking for a highly versatile AI & Full-Stack Engineer who can bridge the gap between machine learning and production-grade applications. You’ll design and deploy AI models, while also building the backend and frontend systems that make those models usable for real customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models (NLP, LLMs, or predictive analytics).
• Build end-to-end applications: backend APIs, front-end dashboards, and integrations.
• Work with financial/enterprise data sources (Tally, SAP, Oracle, CRMs, Google Sheets, Excel).
• Create real-time dashboards for business leaders using AI-driven insights.
• Optimize for scalability, security, and performance in production.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL + NoSQL).
• Experience deploying on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

Nice to Have

• Experience building financial dashboards or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines and real-time analytics.
• Contributions to open-source AI or full-stack projects.
• UI/UX sensibility to deliver clean, modern dashboards.
