Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our IT & EdTech team. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client outreach, and sales support, helping us expand our market presence and build strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to grow their career in business development, sales, and client management within the IT and EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Reach out to potential clients (schools, colleges, corporates, training institutions) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales managers.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and demos.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead data.
  • Support senior BDMs in closing deals and client relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote company products.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in approaching and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, or EdTech products (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior internship or experience in EdTech or IT sales.
  • Familiarity with digital outreach (LinkedIn, email automation, cold calling).
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
