We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive strategic planning across digital channels, and ensure the seamless execution of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing efforts. This role will be pivotal in driving online growth and achieving business objectives through data-driven strategies, while optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
· Lead and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Oversee and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve website rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
· Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
· Supervise social media management, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
· Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, CTR, etc.) and make recommendations for improvements.
· Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content across blogs, social media, and other platforms.
· Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring efficient project management, and providing guidance on best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, development, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.
· Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
· Proven experience (4-6 years) in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategy.
· Expertise in managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
· Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
· In-depth understanding of social media strategies, analytics, and performance tracking.
· Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
· Sound written and verbal communication skills in English.
